Clients are responsible for reading full policies.

 

 Policy, prices, menu of services are all subject to change without notice.

The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular clients.


Happie Soul Wellness understands that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for other client's time, as well as ours, we have adopted the following policies. 



ARRIVAL  

Please arrive for your appointment no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows you the time to fill out/review any applicable client forms, change and/or prepare for any services. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule, however, you will still be held responsible to pay the full service fee. 

Your treatment begins at the time of your scheduled appointment.

For health reasons--please arrive freshly showered or as clean as possible (just out of the office and you have a massage, okay. Just leaving the gym or just working in the garden, please shower).

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please refrain from bringing children with you to your appointment; with the exception of post-natal massages.

Cell phones and other electronic devices are to be turned off upon entering the treatment room. If your phone rings, or vibrates during a session, you may be asked to turn the phone off which will take time out of your session. If you are expecting a call, or must leave the phone on due to a possible emergency, please let your practitioner know.

Your treatment STARTS at the time of your appointment. Example: if your appointment time is 10:00 am and you arrive at 10:00 am and we need to discuss your intake form, or you need the rest room; that time will be deducted from your massage as to keep with the schedule and respect the appointment times of other clients.


LATE ARRIVALS

If you show up late or call in late to an appointment, that time shall be deducted from the session. For example, if you had a scheduled 60 minute Relaxation massage and show up 15 minutes late, the session is now 45 minutes. You will still be required to pay the full session fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show and you will be billed the full service fee. You will be unable to reschedule this missed appointment. If your appointment is part of a series, it is void from your series. 


SICKNESS

If you are sick (contagious or not) please reschedule as soon as symptoms occur otherwise fees may apply (please follow the cancellation/rescheduling policies listed below). If you arrive and are sick, you will be required to pay the missed appointment fee and be asked to leave. Other clients may have compromised immune system, therefore it is always best to reschedule if you are not feeling well. If you are ill and wait until the day of your appointment to cancel, you will be charged a missed appointment fee.


 CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING

Happie Soul Wellness understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you.  Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents us from providing services to other clients.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are paid via auto pay. Client can cancel any time prior to next billing cycle by calling and requesting to cancel membership. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE A PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

Sauna memberships do not roll over to the following month.

PAYMENT

Clients who miss appointments (no call/no show) more than once will be required to prepay for services and/or leave a credit card on file.  All payments are expected to be made by the end of the scheduled appointment. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit, including Health Savings and Flex Spending Accounts. We also offer financing.

A $40 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. Happie Soul Wellness has the right to not accept any further checks from repeat offenders.

Happie Soul Wellness no longer accepts Credit Card use for sales under $25 (this includes tips).


SERIES

Clients may share their Treatment session(s) as a GIFT to a family member, friend, or co-worker. Client must inform Happie Soul Wellness of the change and provide the name and phone number in advance of GIFT. GIFT recipient may schedule their own appointment. Clients are responsible for calling in to make these requests.

No-shows to scheduled appointments will be forfeited from the series session.

No refunds for used sessions. No refunds for discounted sessions.

REFUNDS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR OUR TREATMENTS, SERVICES, MEMBERSHIPS OR PERPAID PACKAGES.


EVENTS, CLASSES, WORKSHOPS



RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT-THERAPIST RELATIONSHIP

You, the client, should be open and honest with your therapist at all times. Feedback about the session, such as: if the sessions are not working or do not meet your expectations, any situations that make you uncomfortable, massage techniques that you may or may not like, any body areas you would like avoided, etc.

To maintain respect for each client and establish professional boundaries the following policies will apply for all massage therapy services:

You may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort.

You will always be modestly draped. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.

Inappropriate or lewd interaction or discussion of any kind is NEVER appropriate. You will be required to pay in full for your session, asked to leave, and will not be rescheduled if this occurs.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

Happie Soul Wellness reserves the right to refuse to perform a massage for any hygiene issues including failure to shower after exercising, after swimming in pool or excessive sweating. You will be responsible for full payment of your treatment time if you arrive not in the condition to receive massage.

Happie Soul Wellness reserves the right to refuse any potential client for any reason.


PRIVACY

Your privacy is important. Any information you give to Happie Soul Wellness will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.


MEDICAL TREATMENT

It is your responsibility as the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that your program may be continued. You must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.


TAROT READINGS, SPIRITUAL COACHING, AURA PHOTOGRAPHY, OTHER ENERGY WORK

The services provided by Happie Soul Wellness are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions you may have regarding any medical condition.


AGREEMENT

Client agrees to these policies when they receive treatment or attend class/workshop by signing the waiver prior to their appointment (or contact prior to class).


Returns

Return Policy for Shipped Items

Vitajuwel items: If within one year of purchase, your item breaks, you can receive a replacement of same item for 50% off.

No returns on Circadia products unless they arrive damaged. 


At Happie Soul Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below for shipped items:


Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, including:

Opened or used personal care products

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items


Return Process

Initiate a Return:


Email us at admin@happiesoul.me with your order number and reason for the return.

A return authorization (RA) number will be provided.


Prepare Your Package:

Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.


Ship the Return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped once the return is processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide a description and photo of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items returned after the 7-day window.

Items without proof of purchase or an RA number.

Damaged items due to improper use or handling by the customer.
